Hi John,
It's tough to tell with the part still installed but I agree that the 15-177 resembles the pivot shoe shown in your photo. With that being said, I would recommend removing yours from the window to compare to the specifications shown below. As for the rest of your balance hardware, you should be able to reuse them if they are still in good condition. With that being said, this pivot shoe is used with the S152 coil springs and accessories associated on this page. Thank you!
