Broken coil

I can't find any markings on either part. The coil is broken on both sides of the window.

Hey there!
We may be able to help with this. However, we must identify the pivot shoe first to determine the compatible springs. May we see a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window sash?

Thanks for the additional photos! We don't sell your exact pivot shoe but take a look at the Series 140 and see how the specifications compare with yours.
We'd also like to see the pivot bar removed from the sash to determine the compatibility with our parts.
