Broken coil balance and pivot shoe

A quick learner from Forestville, Ny says:
I would like some help finding these parts. I have a window that won't stay up at all with a double coil system. Half of system is still attached to the pivot shoe. Please see pics. Also I have a broken shoe on another window that I removed with double coil, pic attached for that also. The coil width is 1/2". I couldn't find any markings on the coil to identify it. Please help and what other info do you need?

Wanted to add the 1 1/4" measurement of the pivot shoe and the weight of windows is 17 lbs. It looks like the S140 series would work. I could not find any weight marks or codes. The double coil system I removed has a CL stamped on it

Hello!

This isn't the S140, you actually have our 15-175 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Since your sash weighs 17 pounds, you can use two S152-4 4 pound coil springs on both sides of the window. This will total 16 pounds of overall support. So long as the spring weights are within a pound of your sash's actual weight, this setup should work for you.
