Broken coil balances

Question

I have a single hung tilt sash window with double coil balances on either side. The coils are 1/2 inches wide. The outboard coils are marked 540 and are okay. The inboard coils are marked 640 and are both broken. The sash measures 41 x 23 and the window brand is unknown. The pivot shoe closely resembles your 15-046 as far as dimensions go. The bushings and coil cover show some wear, but appear to be in good condition. The coil cover screw centers are 1-1/4 inches. I would like to replace all four of the coil balances, if you can help me.

The 15-046 isn't used with coil balances, typically. Can you take a few pictures of your pivot shoe so we can find a good match? Once we've identified your pivot shoe, we can use that as a jumping-off point to find the appropriate coil balance Series. Thanks!
