Broken coil spring for a MI 3500 series window

Question

I was asked to provide additional pictures. The first picture is the broken sash and the other is a complete working sash.  I am wondering what sash these are and if you have any replacements. Thanks you.

Thanks for the additional photos! The bottom portion of your coil balance assembly can be replaced with our S161-05 Roller-Tilt assembly. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but be sure to remove the hardware and carefully compare the dimensions.

To replace the housing attached to the top of the roller tilt, you'll need the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. This is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. The replacement coil is likely to be the S180-06 but you'll want to double check this since you mentioned this is for a different window sash.
