In the photo, the small white piece at the top end of the string is the part that is broken and needs replacing. Is it possible to find a replacement for that?

Hello,
Your old-style crossbow balances are no longer available, but they can be replaced but the S795 channel balances as long as your balance spring measures 1/2" in diameter. If so, see the video below to walk you through the conversion process. Thanks for posting!
