Seems like a generic type crank. The distance between mounting screws is 3 3/16".
Broken crank

Hello! What you have here is the old GU brand operator. These are unfortunately not made anymore, but the good news is we have a modern replacement that works just as well, as long as you don't mind doing a little handiwork. We have a video guide that tells you precisely what to buy and how you can install it, step by step.

Thanks for verifying the size. That is a very long arm for this style of operator. I'm not sure that we have a good match for this, but please give us a little time to look into it and I'll get back to you. One of my senior colleagues may have an idea.

Hey there, maybe I can help. I've replaced this type of operator in the past. What I can tell you right away is that the originals aren't made anymore, so you won't have any luck finding an exact match. What I did was to use the 39-027E operator, but I also had to remove the plastic wheel at the end of the arm, and then rivet on the extension that's at the end of the original operator onto the new one. Some alterations to the sill and sill trim may be necessary, as well, in case the new operator base doesn't fit perfectly in the hole.
This isn't exactly a simple project, so you may want to consider having a professional do this for you.
