Thanks for posting. We may be able to help, but we need to see photos of the operator that needs a handle. Specifically we need to see the entire mechanism, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view is best. We'll do our best to help thereafter.

This is a picture of the broken window frame.  Made by Caradco. When staring at the window from inside, the left-hand side cranks outward.  3084IL is written across the upper arm; 20755 is written on the extension, just below there. thanks for your help.

Thanks for the photo, that helps a ton. I think this might be the 39-155 Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite-handed version is the 39-156). See the dimensions of the arms below to confirm it matches what you have. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107.
