Broken crank, can't close window

A quick learner from Cordova, Tennessee says:
The crank handle was attached to part number 1491-120 B. The part numbers of the 2 metal bars that are connected to the crank seem to be S-1491-165 and S-1491-160. Even when trying to pull the window closed the bars don't move and the window is stuck open. I believe the mechanism itself is stuck and without a working crank I won't be able to close it. My window has been stuck open for about 2 weeks now.

Hello there. While I can't cross-reference those codes to a specific operator, from what I can glean I believe this might be either our 39-253LB or 39-438B. See the video below to discern the difference between these two operators. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style that you prefer.
