Low profile Truth Encore series casement window operator, mounts to sill. This replacement dual arm operating system is used by several window manufacturers.
See SWISCO product 39-439B for the opposite handed version of the operator. The manufacturer (Truth Hardware) calls this operator left handed: The handing is determined by the side the hinge is on when viewed from the outside.
