Product Description

Low profile Truth Encore series casement window operator, mounts to sill. This replacement dual arm operating system is used by several window manufacturers.
See SWISCO product 39-439B for the opposite handed version of the operator. The manufacturer (Truth Hardware) calls this operator left handed: The handing is determined by the side the hinge is on when viewed from the outside.

Broken Casement Window Operating Mechanism/Arms

We opened casement window and it would not close properly. Mechanism arms have rusted and detached from sash. Need to replace parts. The photos are of the functional casement window as we couldn't get pictures of broken one...too busy trying to keep window sash from falling off the roof. Help pleas ... (cont.)

Truth Casement Hardware needed

The gear slips on our current casement hardware. We are hoping to purchase a replacement.

Casement parts

I have 1 left hand and 2 right. Do I also need a new crank and cover or will the ones I have still work? They just won't crank in. They go out nicely but I have to pull the window in while cranking it to get it to come in. Thanks!
