Panaview is the only inscription I can find. It is a large sliding glass door probably from the 70s.

I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle. I'm not sure if it's even made anymore, to be honest; it sounds quite old. You may want to consider a surface mount handle set like our 82-005. This is nice because they just screw right on the door without having to interact with any internal mechanism, since it comes with its own built-in mortise lock. The only downside is that you'll probably have to drill a new hole for it. Look it over and see what you think.
