Thanks for writing in! This patio door lock can be replaced with the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set. It is not an exact replacement match but I'm confident it should work, so long as the installation hole spacing is a match.

The mortise lock reminds me of the 82-259 SS Multi-Point Mortise Lock. It comes with its own keeper but you may need the 82-249, depending the existing keeper. Take a look over the specifications below and compare them.
