Product Description

This stainless steel 2-point lock and keeper is used on wood and vinyl patio doors; mortise installation; 9-7/8" hole centers; installation fasteners are included. Features an anti-slam button, a mishandling device, assures that the door is shut before the lock can be actuated. This feature prevents potential damage to the locking bolts by not allowing the bolts to be extended unless the door is closed against the frame. This is a genuine AmesburyTruth sliding glass door lock.

Do I need the anti-slam button?

My lock matches the 82-239 but does not have the anti-slam button. Do you have another lock without the button? Or can I drill a hole in the face-plate?

My mortise lock is good but I only need a keeper that would work with # 82-259 or #82-239

Door lock broken and need replacement.

I removed the sliding door lock . Sliding patio door locking device has 1/2 inch clearance opening . No serial number on the lock but door has the following numbers in second photo.

Replace hardware not internal mechanisms

looking to replace the hardware for cosmetic reason, scratches, etc. want something that's compatible with my existing locking mechanism
