Broken double coil housing - Part #801020, Single hung window, right hand side

Referring to your email (copy enclosed - see email.jpg), this would be part #15-150D.

I need one of these to fix my current problem window, but would like to order extras - 3 right side housings and 2 left hand housings. I have included a picture of the left hand housing in picture 4, showing the part number.
