The double mortise lock is broke (the top latch gets stuck in the locked position). Do you know which lock I need to purchase buy these photos? Or do you need me to remove the lock and take pics?

Hi there. See our 82-260. Compare the pictures and specifications listed to ensure it's a match, but I believe this could be what you're looking for.
