I have a broken handle on this window would be willing to order a new operator and arms

See our 39-031 & 39-032, or our 39-155 & 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arms, so please compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107.

The windows i have have a 9 and a half inch big arm and a 4 and 7\16ths short arm the gears are stripped out of the operators

If the link arm is 4-7/16", then I believe you need the 39-031 and 39-032 type operators. Please review.
