Broken handle need replacement

having trouble locating a proper replacement for an older sliding glass door in our condo. the locking mechanism is on the inside of the room not hidden in tje door frame like others i have found. pictures have been attached. center holes of door mounting screws are 4 and 7/8 inches center to center
