The lock on my patio door from the middle sixties It's an Arcadia door.

Hello,

Your latch looks like it may be from a type of surface-mounted handle set similar to the 82-005.

We also carry the 82-225 internal lever but I'm not sure if it would be compatible with your handle set. Review the specifications of both parts to see if one of them could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!

It's exactly like mine but the mounting holes are 3.75"not 3". Have got any other options? Thanks

Unforutnately, we do not carry a a similar lock with different hole spacing. Seeing if you could adapt the 82-005 handle set to work for your door would be our best option. Review our installation video and see what you think.
