Broken latch. Will not move

I do not history of this patio door part. The white face plate holes are 11 inch on center. It looks like part 82-265 but the white face plate has no opening for an anti-slam device

The 82-265 mortise lock would be the best option for your original style. The face plate of this lock would replace the body and the white face plate. The original not have the anti-slam button will not be an issue with replacing with a lock that has one.
