Broken need replacement

Question

Hello, the white piece below the metal pivot broke. What do I need to replace to have it work again. Also I'm guessing I should replace these in pairs.

Thanks for posting! The shoe reminds me of an older version of the discontinued Simonton coil shoe. Our suggestion for replacing it is to use the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe, so you will need to replace the entire assembly. The video tutorial below provides a detailed explanation on converting the assemblies.

The compatible coil balance springs are the Series 159 Coil Balances. Take a look at the video tutorial, "How To Choose A Coil Balance Weight Option" for instructions on how to select the coil spring.

You'll also need the 26-083 to replace your pivot bar and the 15-255 Coil Single Support to replace the cover.
