No, my measurements are different. 3" for screw holes is right, mine is 3" instead of 3 1/8" and it's 4 9/16" instead of 5". Mine is model 45251, Bob

Hey, Bob. Unfortunately we don't have an operator in this style with a 4-9/16" link arm. That said I think our 39-315 can still work. I'm not very concerned about the 3" long gear arm, but the link arm may be a problem. You could adjust the position of the bracket on the sash to make up for the difference, which I've done before in a pinch and it sometimes works fine, other times isn't enough. In a worst case scenario you'll have to swap out the two arms and put the old operator arm on the new operator body.
