These are pictures of a part that is identical to another one of mine that has the crank handle broken off.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Is the handle all that's broken? If so, we recommend the 39-114L.

If you need the operator, take a look at the 39-253LB and 39-438B. The difference between them is the design of the guide on the straight arm as explained in the video below.
