Broken part Vinyl double hung vertical window

Trying to find a part for vinyl double hung window. My girlfriend's window track broke I don't have a manufacture or part number. I am going to try and go over tonight to try and see if I can get some more information. Attached is a picture of the broken part. The window does tilt in for cleaning as well as moves up and down. Thanks for your help?
