Broken part for Viking windows

Hi,

This particular part is broken on several of my windows. Are the parts available? I believe they were made in 1999? Are they easy to replace?

Hey, Kris. Sure, you shouldn't have any problem matching this balance up to a modern part. See our Series 395 to start out, I think this may be a match. Make sure to carefully compare the style and size of the two end caps that come with it (19-005 and 15-001) to your own end caps. This is an important factor to consider.

Found it! Haha! So, mine is 3230. Do I order 2 per window?

You will need two balances per sash. If your window is single hung, that means you need two balances. If your window is double hung, four.
