Broken part for tilt window

Quick Learner from Roswell New Mexico
This part is located on the left side of the window. It keeps the window from tilting and it keeps the window tight so no air gets into the house.

Welcome to SWISCO. Would you happen to have a tilt latch that is not damaged that we could use as a visual reference? The one you are showing us a little too damaged for us to make any recommendations. Thank you.

Thanks for the additional photo. Take a look at both our 26-157 and 26-158 corner tilt latches. See if these are a match for you. They are available in black.

This is the same part on a different window. Inside the part is a tiny little spring about 3/4 to one inch long.

I did see those. However that part that is sticking down concerns me. My part doesn't have that. Okay my bad. It does have that piece sticking down. I couldn't see it at first, but on further review of it, I saw it. How can I order that part, now? Maybe I'm not a quick learner from Roswell New Mexico after all!!

It's quite alright. You can place an order directly online, or you may contact the customer service department and place an order over the phone. Best of luck on your repair.
