This left handed spring-loaded corner latch fits on tilt-in window manufactured by Better Bilt, Gapco, and others. Used as a replacement part on single hung and double hung, aluminum and vinyl windows. Sold individually. Choose color: white or black.

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.
