Broken parts

Question

I need to replace several of these.. see photos below. It is located on the bottom track and it is to stop the window from opening all the way

There is a number on the side 11079 PAT 4824154
Do you have this part ?

If so could you tell me how to remove the old ones? They appear to be stuck.
