Nylon night lock with a metal hook. This latch assembly is commonly used on hung sash windows manufactured by Repco and works with some CertainTeed window models. Limited Supply of the color bronze, sold while supplies last.

Trouble With Installation of the 26-148

Am I having a problem installing the 26-148. It appears to me that I must push the metal spring into the assembly prior to installing into the window. My problem comes when I am attempting to depress the latch to fully open the window, it will not remain depressed... opening each time I fully shut ... (cont.)

Broken parts

I need to replace several of these.. see photos below. It is located on the bottom track and it is to stop the window from opening all the way There is a number on the side 11079 PAT 4824154 Do you have this part ?
