We recently purchased an older townhouse with a lot of these aluminum single hung tilt windows (30+).They're all in poor shape and need the counterbalanced replaced as well as the locks which hold the windows into place (they have some cheap plastic ones which break and we had a window fall out). Need a few vent stoppers like the one shown in the pictures. The window brand is Certainteed. I don't know the model or where to look for one. I think what I need is your part 26-148. Just want to confirm with you. Thank you. - Erica

The numbers on the side are C 11079 PAT. 4824154. It's 21/2 x 3/8 inches.

Hi - I have Mirage windows and need to replace a handful of the vent stops, but cannot find Mirage replacement parts. Do you know if part 26-148 would be compatible with my windows? Pictures attached for your reference. Thanks, Matt

Looking for sash replacement and night locks. Cannot find manufacturer on frame

I don't know what this is called but it allows the bottom sash of a double hung window to be open a couple of inches but keeps it from being opened any further. Lease see attached pic.
