Thanks for your post! There is a chance we may be able to provide you with the replacement balances you need but I cannot use the stamp to identify them. This is used to determine the weight range the balances can support but it does not tells us the series, unfortunately.

Please provide clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balance is a custom assembly with a 62-105 Heavy Duty Point Hook attached to the bottom of it. I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the replacements but I'll need to know the exact sash weight to confirm the correct stamp. Yours does not match the stamps we have on our balances.

I'll also need to know the number of balances you would like to purchase; the quantity minimum is (2) for custom assemblies.

The pivot shoe used with your balance appears to be the 15-105. The plastic piece providing support to the hook is the 15-056 Pivot Retainer. Compare the dimensions from the shoe to confirm that it is the right replacement.
