Broken parts - tilt out vinyl windows

Question

Windows were installed about 20 years ago. The pivot part failed to return to its original position (didn't rise with the window after it was cleaned) and remained at the bottom of the track. This occurred on two windows. I have not attempted to remove the part yet. The parts appear to be 17/16" wide 9/16" deep, and 1 3/8" high.

I did not see any identifying marks on the parts. Two pictures from two different windows are attached. Both are on the right side of the window when looking toward the outside.

Hi, Peter.

It looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Take a look at our 15-177 which uses the Series 152 coil springs. Compare our dimensions to yours and see if this matches up for what you need.
