Broken piece

A quick learner from Cincinnati area says:
We have a Simonton window that was installed in 2005 and a house that we recently purchased. The plastic part which I believe is called the balance has cracked on one window and has completely disintegrated on another. I am trying to find which part or parts I need to replace. I included images from the stickers found in the window.

Hello! looks like your balance cover is the only thing that broke. We can definitely help, but I recommend checking the thickness of the coil spring under the cover to be 100% sure.

In the meantime, see our 15-205. This is a cover meant to hold three 3/8" thick springs. If that matches your setup, then I think it's a great choice.
