Broken pivot cam

Window goes up and down ok.
Cannot tilt it out to clean. I measured
1"x3/4. It is a metal part not plastic. Can I replace it with plastic?

Hello! Looks like your pivot shoe is broken. I recommend our 15-177. This should match up to what you have now, but look over our photos and dimensions to make sure.

They don't make these cams in plastic, I'm afraid.

If your coil balance happens to be functional and still in good shape, then there isn't any need to change it.

Thank you for your help I will order the 15-177. Do I need to change the coil balance also? Can I use the one on my window now and just replace the pivot shoe?
