Broken pivot lock help

Question

Bottom pivot lock broke. Haven't removed from track yet as there are no cut-outs.
The only markings I can see are on the top lock/spring is "6R".
Pictures attached are top/bottom of assembly and picture of broken lock pivot.

Any help for replacement and parts would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting. This shoe looks like an older version of the 15-215. Please compare. If you wanted to replace the entire coil balance system, shoe and all, see the S140-06 6 pound assembly. Let me know if you have questions.
