Broken pivot lock shoes and coil springs

Question

We have 5 windows which have either worn out or broken pivot lock shoes and coil springs. The windows themselves are in very good condition however hardware is in need of replacement

Your original pivot shoe has been discontinued, but we recommend reviewing the 15-177 style as a suitable replacement option. This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs.

For a replacement spring, take a look at the number stamped on the metal that will indicate the weighted option needed. If there are no markings present, please provide the weight of the sash for further assistance.

Also review the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
