Hi - I'm hoping you can help us determine which pivot shoe we need. We have Alside Excalibur windows which were installed in 2005. Pivot shoe depth is 9/16" and it is 1 1/4" wide. There are no markings or numbers on our part. We would also like to know which coil works with our pivot shoe. Thank you for your help.
