Broken plastic clips on window balance

Numbers on spring cover is 28C BSI TH and on the busted clips D467490
The plastic clips that connect to the metal spring broke off due to East to West sun exposure. Do I need a whole new kit or can I just replace the busted plastic part.

Hello,

Your balance looks like our S795 channel balance that comes with our 15-195 shoe but if the t-lock shoe in your photo has an open metal cam and measures 1-1/4" wide, you should be able to replace it with our 15-195B. Thank you!
