Broken plastic part

Question

My window would not stay up.  Disassembled balance and noticed a broken plastic part at the top.  The guide is 36" tall, 9/16" wide.  Only marking I could find was on the guide metal "36G EC5 CMC"

We don't have a plastic screw-way exactly like this, but our 19-036 is very similar and serves the same function on this kind of balance. Look this over and see if it would be a good fit.
