Mounting Screw-Way

I have Mastic windows I need two left side window spring balancers 2 left side spring balancers 4 screw plastic retainers

I need 6- 26-200 screw plugs and 12 feet of .060 " or 1.5 m/m cord for sash balancers.

My window would not stay up. Disassembled balance and noticed a broken plastic part at the top. The guide is 36" tall, 9/16" wide. Only marking I could find was on the guide metal "36G EC5 CMC"

Hello I am looking for replacement channel balances for a few of my windows. All I can see is that they are spring and they have ?DB10228B? written on the side. If you can help that would be great. Hello, The part I need help Identifying is the first attached photo (2E07A455-B...). I could not locate any part numbers on the piece but it seems to be some sort of anchor for the screw that attaches/holds the balance in place.
