Take a look and compare the specifications of the S770 channel balance to yours, which comes with the 19-036 screw-way at the top.

This balance is also often used with the 15-129 pivot shoe but you'll need to remove your part to confirm that the width and thickness match the measurements below. Thanks for posting!

These balances do not generally require lubrication but you could spray some silicone spray in the jamb where they install if needed.
