Need part id for this. Has pat# 5.353.548. Approx 4" tall 1" wide. Tension seems to work ok, but upper housing broken. Also I don't see cut out to remove. Is housing simple to replace with that coil spring tension. A video reference would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post! Your coil balance assembly is made using the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. Be sure to compare the dimensions below to determine if these are the right fit. If they are match, the 15-086 should be as well.
These are both compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance. They are anchored to the window track using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.
To determine the correct replacement match, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil springs. If there aren't any, take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below, for instructions on how to select them.
There are two video tutorials that may be helpful for removing/installing the assemblies but we do not have one on how to install them. The coils are placed inside of the housings and then the housings are snapped together. Take a look at the diagram, on the website, for an idea of what they should look like.
