Broken shoe

Question

I can't remove the old broken shoe.It doesn't slide up and down . I've replaced shoe on Pella windows before. So have a general idea of how it works. I also don't know which part I need to order.

We can't be sure with the original hardware still installed but the Series 140 Coil Balance comes to mind. Review the specifications below to ensure the width and thickness match yours.
