Broken shoe cam, hook for spring and shoe dog

A quick learner from Flat Rock N C says:
My double hung vinyl window has a broken right side shoe cam also the hook to attach the spring and shoe dog is broken. I found a sticker on the window from a KC industries included in the photo. If possible I would just like to replace the broken components but if need be the whole assembly. Can you help me

This balance looks like a match for our S161-10. Look it over and let me know if you agree; take special note that the thickness of the housing is 9/16".

Your pivot bar also looks broken, so see our 26-398 or 26-405. One of these may be what you want depending on the hole position.
