Broken shoe on window spring balancer

Question

As you can see in the pictures the spring retaining hook on the plastic shoe broke off. I have no idea what brand of window it is.

Thanks for posting. This looks like an older style friction shoe. Take a look at our 15-104, I think this would be a good replacement option for you.
