Need to replace broken shoes for both window balances pat. 5.737.877. This is a picture of the broken shoe on one side. These are also the measurements of the shoe. Thanks.

The shoe is 6/16th inch.

Hello,

Unforutnately, your old-style crossbow balances are no longer available. The good news is that our S795 channel balances work as direct replacements in most cases. As long as your spring diameter measures 1/2", you can follow the conversion video below. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. We can still supply your replacement balance but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the exact weight of your window sash that the original balances support. We'll also need you to write out the exact length of an intact balance, including the T-lock shoe. Please include a photo of the clip at the end of the pulley cord that connects to the top of the window jamb. Lastly, we'll need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
