Broken shoes/guides on balances

Question

I have some shoes/guides or balances that need replacing.Took out balances out of one window and it looks like I have 2 different size balances. The window is a gapco w/ visible glass of the lower sash is 31 3/16" X 27" frame size is approx 36 x 60 and the #s on balance are 2730 and 2720.Let me the correct balance is and also need the take out clips too. I have 2 lower sashes. The balances are all bent up. So maybe it will be better to just replace them. Any info will be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. For the Series itself, I believe our Series 395 is the best match. I'm not sure about the sash weight, though. The original installers should have used two balances with the same stamp option. You will need to weigh your sash to determine the best S395-28 stamp option to use.
