Broken sliding door lock

Question

Our sliding door lock broke - it has two latches, and the top latch no longer retracts with the lock switch.  Please advise what part we should get to replace the lock. Sticker on the top inside of the door says NAMI-302187

Thanks for posting. It looks like you have the 82-265 Mortise Lock. Please compare with the diagram below to confirm. For a new keeper, see the 82-249.
