Broken tilt parts

Question

Hi, I attached 2 photos of the window tilts we have. We broke the pivot bar on the right side and found you have on your site: 3" Pivot Bar
Product Code: 26-378. We also broke the right side Balance Shoe I think it's called. I can't perfectly match that on your site so I sent a picture of the left side that's intact and the right side that is missing the slotted aluminum piece. Any help is appreciated. If you need more info, please let me know. I do not know the manufacturer of the window.

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but what I can make out resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. Thanks for posting!
