Broken tilt window

Question

Hi, I had to enter in my house the other week and clearly was a bit too rough and seem to have broken this sliding portion of the window. Could you help me know what all parts I need to fix?

I recommend you start by taking a look at the S161-10 coil balance. You may want to remove an undamaged version from the window track to ensure the specifications match up.
