Broken upper/right double hung window pivot

Home Owner from Ontario, Canada
I can't find a replacement for my broken pivot. The photo is a label on the side of the window frame.

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid that label doesn't tell us what pivot shoe you need. Nor do I recognize the shoe from your second photo. The only way to know what you're working with is to remove the shoe and show us clear pictures. The exact width and thickness of the shoe would also be useful to know. We'll do our best to find what you need from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes. The exact shoe and other parts featured are probably different from what you're working with, but the general principles should be the same.

Here are some pics of the 'good' shoes. Looks like I will need two new ones. I see there is pivot bushing missing on one.
Hopefully you have what I need. Thanks, Larry

We recognize the broken coil spring pivot shoe as one used by Alside window company. People have found that the plastic hook tends to break. I'm not even sure if this style is made anymore but it's for the best.

We suggest the 15-177 coil spring pivot shoe as a replacement. You can still use your old coil springs by attaching them with a 33-071 screw. If you needed new coil springs, though, then you can use our Series 152. You will need the number stamped on the old coils to confirm the best match. Thanks for posting.
